How to Register for the 2010 Season

The registration process for the 2009 -2010 season is as follows:

1. On the CWEA home page (www.cwea.us) is a link near the bottom left to register as a new unit if you are new to the CWEA Circuit.

2. Pay the dues listed for your unit(s) by going to the link at the bottom left of the home page which says quicklinks. If you pay online using paypal through our site, it is $375 for your unit. If multiple units, the prices are listed there also. If you choose to pay by mail, the address is Carolina Winter Ensemble Association, PO Box 3614, Rock Hill, SC 29732.

3. Once dues are paid online, your account will become active within one day. If you pay by mail, when the treasurer informs the secretary, your account will be active within two days after it is received. Active status means you have access to the directors/instructors area (login and password required) and you may register for shows.

4. You may register for as many shows as you like as a member with no other fees due. However, the minimum needed  to compete at Championships is 1 premiere and 2 contests prior to Championships.

5. If you choose to pay for individual shows and not become a member, the fee is $160 per show per unit. Non-members can not compete at Championships.

6. There is a Fall Meeting on November 21 in the Rock Hill, SC area that all Body members should attend. A separate email will explain the many benefits and relevant information of the Fall Meeting.
