Please open to see information about our Spring Meeting this weekend.
We hope you will attend the Spring CWEA meeting this coming Sunday, May 17th at 2pm. The meeting will take place in the meeting room at the Wingate in Rock Hill of Dave Lyle Blvd. It is near Cracker Barrel.
We will be voting on new board members. The following names were submitted by body members for the following positions:
President: Clayton Parker
Secretary: Shawn Bethay
No names were submitted by body members for the position of Secretary or Contest Administrator (NC). As done in the past, nominations will be taken from the floor and a vote will be administered. The body will have the choice of whether this is done by secret ballot or by a show of hands. If you know anyone that is capable of filling any of the positions open this year, please contact them and make sure they are willing to fill the position and make sure to nominate them at the meeting. Again, all the positions include President, Secretary, Treasurer, Contest Administrator (NC).
We will also discuss proposals that were sent in by body members. These are attached for your viewing. Bring any questions or concerns you may have to the meeting and make sure your voice is heard. We hope to see you there!
