Student Activities: There will be great opportunities for your students to grow and develop some great techniques. This will be hosted by Croatan IW. Registration is requested so we know the numbers of students to expect. Attached is a PDF of the registration form that should be sent to Croatan IW. Cost for students that are CWEA members is $20. Non CWEA members are $25. Students are asked to bring money for lunch. Pizza, snacks, and drinks will be for sale by the SPHS Band Boosters.

PLEASE see the attached form and let them know how many students you are bringing. We want to know how many students we will need to have food for. Bring your students!! It'll be worth it!!

Adult Activities: Your attendance is free of charge!! And you get free lunch!!

We will have different clinics for instructors throughout the day. A detailed schedule will be available next week. We will have dance majors/guard instructors from Winthrop here to talk with instructors about utilizing body warm-up as well as how to improve your guard's movement. There will be meeting for all 2009 Show Hosts at 2pm.

Percussion Instructors will have their own clinic from 9:30-2:45 and will end in time for our fall meeting. Your lunch is provided as well! Free food!!

Our Fall Meeting will be at 3pm that day and we will end our meeting with the First draw. Make sure you either pay before hand or bring a check to the meeting so you can be a part of the first draw!
