Explanation of the change in how the Draws will be done.
On November 22nd @ South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, SC, we will have our wonderful Training day. During this day, we will have our First Draw as well as our Fall meeting.
This is how the First Draw will be executed:
If you have paid your dues and updated your information, you should register for the shows you plan to attend by this date. Each show will have a basket and for every show you plan to attend, we will put a slip with your unit's name on it. Once all the baskets are full, we will draw for each show. This means that you will not always perform last or first in your class, but will have different slots for each show. This is why it is important that you register for your shows as soon as you pay your dues and update your unit's information. You must pay your dues and update your information online by November 22nd at 10am in order to be included in the first draw.
The same thing will be done for the 2nd draw and will be conducted by CWEA board members and results from the 2nd draw will be posted by January 15th.
