Invoice Generation Wizard
The below form will allow you to generate an invoice to print for your records or give to school administration.

Units must be housed under the same organization sharing the same bank account. No scholastic unit may be paired with an indepedent unit of any kind. Any bounced checks or outstanding fees from previous seasons must be cleared prior to a unit becomming active for the 2009 season. Non-circuit members may enter as many shows as they wish for $150 per show.
