Getting Started with CompetitionSuite

The time has come to setup your CompetitionSuite accounts for the upcoming season! Go through this quick checklist to ensure you're ready when the season rolls around.

CompetitionSuite for New Groups

1) New to CompetitionSuite? Create an account here.

2) Link your units to your profile. Read the instructions here.

3) Wait for your association to be approved by the Circuit Admin. This process typically takes twenty-four hours.

4) Once approved, add your staff members. To manage your staff, click "Staff Management" under the group you're associated with.

Make sure to set your phone number and your preferences to allow contact by email and by phone! This will help ensure that you're always able to receive important communication from CWEA. You can change these settings by selecting "My Account" on your CompetitionSuite dashboard.

CompetitionSuite for Returning Groups

1) Ensure you have access to your existing group(s) in CompetitionSuite. If you're missing a group, follow the instructions here to connect to your unit.

2) (Group admins only) Check your staff lists for each group to make sure the right people are connected to your group. Remove staff members that are no longer with you and approve new members. To manage your staff, click "Staff Management" under the group you're associated with.
